Privacy policy
This page explains what ADSOM Creative & Digital collects when you request a quotation, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the quotation form, plus two technical details needed to keep it usable:
- What you send us — your name, and optionally your company; your WhatsApp number; your email address if you give one; the services you selected; your budget range and timeline if you chose them; your project brief; and your preferred contact method.
- Your browser's user agent — the short string your browser identifies itself with, so we can reproduce display problems.
- A one-way hash of your IP address — never the address itself. It is combined with a secret salt and hashed, which lets us count recent submissions from the same source to block spam, but cannot be turned back into an address or matched against you anywhere else.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and the public pages set no cookies of their own. The staff dashboard sets a session cookie, but only for people who sign in to it.
Why we hold it
To prepare your quotation and get back to you about it. That is the only purpose. We ask you to tick the consent box before sending precisely so this is a decision you make, not one we assume — and the request is refused, server-side, if the box was not ticked.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing to people who only asked for a quotation.
Who else touches it
Three service providers process it on our behalf, and nobody else:
- Supabase — the database your request is stored in.
- Resend — delivers the confirmation to you and the alert to us.
- Vercel — hosts this website and runs the form's server code.
How long we keep it
Quotation requests are kept while the enquiry is live and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.
Your choices
Write to info@adsomagency.com and we will, within 30 days: tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or send you a copy. There is nothing to prove and no form to fill in — the reference number from your request is enough.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes that affect requests already sent will be emailed to the address on the request, where we have one.
